Fedex South Africa is the worst courier imaginable.

Placed an order worth hundreds of dollars in the USA at Digikey.

They split the order in 2 boxes. Our company supp**** the invoice locally to customs and Fedex and paid all taxes.

Fedex picked up 1 box from customs and delivered it. The other box is still at customs because Fedex didn't collect it with the other one.

And now they refuse to collect it and deliver it.

I have never experienced service and attitude like this ever in my life. They absolutely don't give a damn.

Whenever we speak to Fedex they just shrug and say they will pick it up when customs tell them to. But Customs is NOT going to do anything more than what has been done up to now. The box is ready to be picked up. It was part of a 2-box consignment and all the paper work with customs has been sorted out and paid.
