Fedex South Africa -

Completely shocked at the service of this company. I chose Fedex because I was under impression that they are "good". Parcel arrives in SA clears customs, received the documents. Online payment system doesn work (3 accounts at 2 banks was tested). Paid manually via Ozow and explicitely sent the documents to the mailboxes as stipulated. Received SMSs saying the parcel will be returned if not paid. I emailed the person 4 times with the PoP documents. The same person asks me for the PoP everytime - even replying from the original email where it was sent. It is truly mind boggling that a company can still operate like this - I cannot think they are profitable in South Africa with this competence level. To anyone considiring Fedex for a purchase shipping to SA - chose another vendor... All goes well until it hits SA soil - then the wheels comes of.
