FedEx Shipment Failure to Provide Service

I purchased an item online from a G-Star Store (Cape town) (highly reputable store). They use FedEx to courier parcels to my address at my cost.

My purchase was made on 2 August 2024, the store shipped my parcel on around the 03 August 2024 to Johannesburg and i was told that the parcel will be delivered before the 09 August 2024. Yesterday i received the call from a guy who were delivering my parcel to the wrong place. I give him my right address but now i just received the call from FedEX saying i will get my order on 12 August 2024 can you please help me to get my delivery tomorrow i want to use the things on weekend.

I have had to send several emails requesting change of address but no respond.
