Fedex Service = Terrible
I shipped items in November through Fedex from the USA to SA. Admittedly there was problems at customs but for the past 3 weeks we got almost no service what so ever.
This has now caused that I have missed the normal return period for all the items bought and if something is broken I will wait for months to have it fixed because I could not return the items in time.
I for one will never use Fedex again and I advise everybody I know not to use them as well.
Very very disappointed.
