FedEx Service sucks , get rid of TNT staff,
Once again, you can count on FEdEx South Africa to mess up. 5th Shipment in a row, If its not invoices, its no import docs, shipment scheduled for Friday, 1 of 4 boxed delivered, on Friday, second truck driver called to say she will not make it in time, but will deliver Monday AM, guess what it now end of business, this is not the first time, as a client for over 6 years and guess what, i have never received a call for a sales person or a sales manager, bring back the old FedEx staff and boot the TNT staff, totally ***********!!!
