FEDEX SERVICE SUCK!!
We had a shipment coming in from the USA on the 12 June 2020, after trying numerous time to get hold of someone at FEDEX it is now the 3 of August and we still don't have our shipment or able to contact anyone at FEDEX. our numerous email to customer care have had no results or responses, they do not answer phone calls and its very frustrating. We have paid USD 3400.00 upfront for this shipment that has disappeared.
