Fedex Service is rotten - all my calls and mail are ignored

The worst possible customer service. I am desperately trying to clear goods but it has been invoiced under the incorrect account with the incorrect VAT and Customs Number. This has happened several times now. Customer service is ignoring my mails and are not returning my calls or resolving what should be a very simple issue to fix. The automated system sends me mails that there will be a response in 8 hours but then nothing. I have turned tracking on on my mails and can see that Colin Cele has read my mail but he doesn't respond either

Like i said, the worst imaginable customer service and i find this totally unacceptable.

The tracking numbers are : ********** 69482 and ********** 69493
