FEDEX SERVICE
THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE , PARCEL NUMBER *** PARCEL WAS SUPPOSE TO BE DELIVERED A WEEK AGO , THIS HAS A NEGATIVE IMPACT ON MY SERVICE DELIVERY WITH MY CLIENTS , I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY FEDEX IS ACCEPTING ORDERS WHILE THEY FACING BACKLOG . I WILL NEVER EVER NEVER USE FEDEX EVER AGAIN OR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYBODY AGAIN, IT IS MY 2ND TIME HAVING THIS ENCOUNTER WITH FEDEX. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND RIDICULOUS. I HOPE THAT THIS MATTER IS ATTENDED TO WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT
