FedEx SA’s Lunga Khoza rocks :)

I’m so happy to have been helped by Lunga Khoza at the FedEx SA headquarters. After struggling to get the correct contact number from my AliExpress seller who was just not prepared to assist, I was given a number to a FedEx contact Centre in India where a lady by the name of Nimaska was so kind, calm and helpful (of course at the time I was seething with misdirected anger which should have been for the AliExpress seller).

Lungs was calm and explained to me that despite my seller going into a complete panic over me having to pay customs taxes for my parcel and failing to give me the correct contact number, it turns out FedEx absorbs customs taxes if they below a certain amount so o didn’t need to worry.

I’m so thankful for such service. I’m especially thankful to Lunga Khoza.
