FedEX SA, out shines FED EX USA by a million miles

This is a 5 start review for the FedEX SOUTH AFRICA ONLY! the Fedex in memphis USA, is really bad with little to no feedback There was a delay there that resulted in my parcel being late, (delay for no apparent reason) Katleho Ntobong handled my trace case for me was spectacular, from the time he took over the parcel moved from being stuck in memphis for days, It transitioned to Dubai and then to South africa and was delivered to me the very next day from the day it landed in the country. Over all a delay of 3 days working days, (with a weekend). But very impressive and outstanding job from the local guys that moved the parcel on a sunday afternoon to Midrand to be delivered to me in PTA by monday morning , really impressed.
