A very BIG thank you to Valdemiro Macome from FedEx SA customer care centre, I was worried sick as most agents kept on saying my parcel had not yet origin facility centre and the tracking system kept showing Customs delay and could not pin point where it was. Hats off to you Valdemiro, you gave me peace and assurance that my parcel had arrived and cleared. You went out your way to ensure I received my parcel today within your specified times. I am a happy customer just because of you, I rate you 10/10. The world needs more people like you.
