Fedex SA

I have 2 shipments that have not been delivered to me since July of this year. I raised my concern with Michelle Potgieter from Fedex who didn't even bother to get back to me and then escalated it to Zirina Brown who at first told me she would follow up with my deliveries, but after another month had gone by hasn't bothered to get back to me either. These are two people that should not be working for Fedex.

So many people unfairly lost work during this Covid-19 crisis, and sadly these two ladies who have nice secure jobs couldn't even do what they are paid to do. All I want is my shipments. Please don't blame Covid-19 on this one. I had shipments coming in after these two that have been delivered by FedEx miraculously. I have never had this problem with DHL.

Over the years Fedex has gotten worse. I in fact said to Zirina, that officially the Post Office would have delivered my package faster than Fedex at this point. You two ladies ( Michelle Potgieter and Zirina Brown)should be ashamed of yourselves. You have the good fortune of a cushy job at a time when many are suffering with no work and you think it's your right to work when you should be thankful that you have a job. Pathetic. I want an answer from Fedex as to why I am still waiting for my packages. I paid a premium to use Fedex and I still can't get my packages that arrived two months ago in the country. I want them delivered immediately!!!
