FeDex rudest employees - bad customer treatment

I have experienced the rudest person ever that picked up the parcel that we had to courier to our client. I will never recommend using this courier service to anyone. Firstly I followed the instructions per the email to the point which stated that I should stick the cover page to the front page of the envelope. Once the driver arrived, he was screaming at me that I should not have stuck the page on the front of the envelope as he needs to put it in a Fedex envelope. No one informed me of this. Also, if he was not this rude then I would have offered to just print out another page for him to use but I was so flabbergasted at the way that he treated me that at the moment I just said goodbye and walked away. This is the worst I have ever been treated by anyone. I would suggest that FeDex relook at the people they hire.
