Fedex refuses to payback money owed to me

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with FedEx regarding an unresolved refund issue. For over two months, I have exhausted every possible avenue to recover money paid to FedEx for customs fees. Despite my persistent efforts, I have not received the refund owed to me.

After I escalated the matter by posting on HelpPeter, FedEx contacted me and promised a refund by August 28, 2025, stating it would take 7-9 days to process. However, as of today, September 27, 2025, I have not received any payment or further communication. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated that a reputable and well-established company like FedEx has failed to honor their commitment to refund my money.

I am seeking advice on how to address this issue with such a large corporation and would appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this matter.
