Fedex Quality orientated managers
Reagan Davids (Ops manager in CPT) is awesome. Automated Ozow payment system did not allocate my customs payment, delivery was delayed now due to that, scheduled delivery date was today but then system moved it to pending again due to not collected payment via Ozow.
Called Reagan, and sorted meout in a few for 2nd round deliveries!
EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!!
