FedEx Poor service delivery
I am disappointed by the service from FedEx. My parcel was sent from Harare on Saturday 24 October 2020. I was promised that it will take 3-4days to deliver the parcel. It has been 10days that I have been waiting for my parcel. I was told 6days ago that my parcel is at customs for clearing and it would take 5days. Really??? I have to wait two weeks for a parcel I paid express services for? My parcel contains only documents and I can’t understand what the customs is still investigating about documents? I have called several times and I keep getting different responses. May you deliver my parcel as you promised!!!!!!
