Fedex people are rude and extremely un-helpful. Cant get help with my parcel

I was sent a gift from overseas and the shippers forgot to mark it as a gift. The customs came back with a ridiculous amount of R3200, so the people that sent me the gift is wiling to pay for the custom clearance but Fedex is extremely unhelpful. I have been mailing Vanessa Christine Vorster every day. I have been phoning every day but no one wants to assist. They want to pay via credit card and the details she provided doesnt work, she only replies to emails, after i have to follow up a hundred times with her, and no one in the call center can help. I have a feeling I will never get my parcel because people at Fedex are rude, and ***********.
