FedEx Pathetic Customer Service
FedEx staff are inconsiderate and do not keep to their word. Ordered a parcel to be overnights from JHB to CT. We were quoted a surcharge because its overnight. We paid the surcharge and they refuse to send our parcel because they quoted us wrong. Now it's our problem and we need our parcel sent urgently and they refuse but they made the mistake. The conversation was clear and we are not at fault here.
