Fedex Partner Courier Incompetence - Non-Delivery

A package from the UK cleared customs late last week Friday (24 January). This Monday morning, the tracking changed to "Delivery exception - incorrect address". I phoned Fedex Express South Africa twice to clear the confusion. I used my Postnet Suite as destination because I'm not home and it's hard to explain to couriers how to get to my house in our estate. Surely, if the address is my Postnet Suite at our local Postnet offices, you'd think Fedex's "Partner" (Orion ILS Logistics) would know to deliver the package there! Postnet simply send me an SMS once the package has been delivered and I pay a handling fee. Yet the tracking still shows "Delivery exception" after I cleared up the address with Fedex TWICE. When trying to call Orion ILS Logistics themselves, they either don't answer the phone or slam it down in my ear outright. This is the second time I have to physically lead the Fedex "Partner" courier to Postnet. I'm really not all that happy. One pays an exorbitant price to get packages delivered via private courier rather than SAPO, then they mess up just like the SA Post Office does... Please, guys. Help me get this package delivered and fix your "Partner" alliances to get better service for your customers. Don't use no name cheap couriers when we pay for premium service!

Thank you for taking the time to write about the experience that you have had with FedEx. Please allow us a short while to investigate the circumstances around this issue. A member of our management team will make contact with you directly to resolve this as soon as possible. I trust this in order.

Thank you for your generic reply, but the issue has still not been resolved. Please note that I was told delivery will take place today - confirmed just after 07:00 this morning. Tracking is still showing "Delivery exception - incorrect address" leading me to think your agents didn't do anything after I contacted them. I am still expecting them to deliver today.
