Fedex or Failex?
A package (from the US) was finally cleared after I noticed on the tracking that it was on hold at the clearance depot and I phoned Fedex to find out what the duty amount was. It was paid to Fedex....... then........ it lay at their facility in Johannesburg for another week. In desperation I phoned, and they could finally 'trace' it. (After telling me it is still at Heathrow and me asking how I could have paid the duty charged by SA if it was still at Heathrow). Mailed in the US on 7 March. Delivered to my door on 27 March. Fedex SA is falling apart!! It used to be the best....many years ago!
