Fedex Not! Express
According to the FedEx tracking my package has been sitting at the Cape Town Depot since 19th March. I cannot physically speak to an agent. The response to my previous Hellopeter review: Fedex Express’s reply 26 Mar 2024 at 11:58 Thank you for taking the time to write about the experience that you have had with FedEx. Please allow us a short while to investigate the circumstances around this issue. A member of our resolution team will make contact with you to resolve this as soon as possible. I trust this is in order. Regards Resolution desk. Still no response to date 5th April 2024
