FedEx Nonsense

FedEx is a useless company. Very unprofessional team and service. No email response, no phone number to speak to a human being only get to talk to robots. When someone does finally reply the emails, the responses are useless. I have provided them description, content, etc plus invoice proof, plus duties payment proof, and more. Still no update about my parcel. They send email to say they will deliver parcel on Nov 20, and nothing. In this competitive business environment, with DHL providing such excellent services and so many other courier companies, FedEx is approaching bankruptcy with this kind of customer service and unprofessionalism. Stupid company. The South African fedex service is pure s***!
