Fedex never again. Pathetic and unreliable.
I ordered an item from the USA . It categorically stated 4 to 6 days delivery.11 days have passed. I have tracked the parcel on the web. It's now sitting in Jhb waiting for release. The call centre do not answer . I waited for more than an hour . No one answers your call. Pathetic service from an international company.
