Fedex misguiding **** courier company

I order some medicine from India . But not Fedex says it’s in port of health. And I need a license from SAHPRA I have tried enough to get in contact with SAHPRA , no one picks up the phone or anything is happening .

So I am taking it to court , since it was not my Job to so do THESE thing. I was informed by Fedex that all I need was prescription and invoice for the medicine to clear in South Africa . And Fedex misguided me regarding it just to take a huge amount of money as courier charges

If I would have known the hassle i have to go thro for this . I would have few to India and brought my medicine my self . Actually I have lost nearly R7000 including shipping charges coz Fedex just wanted my money and did not care about my service .

So I don’t mind spending more money on bringing Fedex to court and leaving it to **** people by giving wrong information
