Fedex management do not speak to customers

For two weeks I have been trying to get an answer as to whether a certain town in Vietnam is serviced and have not had the question answered I have made 4 telephone calls to the call center and promised that I would get a call back from the agent and it has not happened I have made numerous requests asking to speak to a manager as well as phoning FEDEX UK only to be told that they cannot put me through to management At one stage the call was discontinued by the agent All I am trying to do is send a letter to a person in Vietnam On Thursday, December 7, 2023 at 09:24:25 AM GMT+2, Gloria Mabunda <***> wrote:
