FedEx - lots of talk and NO performance! Too many cooks spoil the broth...
FedEx Public Relations Department is just a no-account entity. They let you know that somebody from Management will get back to you but then you do not hear anything anymore! Even the chat which I held was just dropped! Luckily I saved the conversation before. Welcome to a class of ZERO service and transparency. Surely you do NOT want to entrust your important courier to a company with a duck and dive culture when problems need to get resolved! Rather use their competitors: UPS, DHL or ARAMEX
