Fedex lost my package.....
Ordered a package from USA Ebay which they delivered to a random address in UK and couldn't retrieve. However, when you track the parcel the status says delivered in Cape Town so Ebay closed the case and refuses to refund me. Fedex claims they refunded the shipping company - but nobody at Fedex could actually provide any evidence of this. Just lost R1500 :(
