FEDEX LACK OF DELIVERY
i paid over R1000 for a package to be delivered express. it is now over a month, and my package has not been delivered. Fedex says its at customs, but seem not to be in any rush to have my package delivered to me. i have been sent from pillar to post, spending an hour a day on calls, to no avail. poorest express service i have ever received.
