FedEx Kimberley is AWESOME

I recently had an issue with a supplier. They used FedEx to deliver their parcels so I have become acquainted with their driver. He has been delivering our packages from that supplier for about a year.

During my issue with the parcel, I spoke to Chantel Pearson from the Kimberly branch of FedEx. She assisted me with the missing parcel. It was never sent by the supplier...

I would like to take this opportunity to say that Chantel Pearson is a wonderful lady who is super helpful!! FedEx should be incredibly proud of such a wonderful staff member. Thank you for your help Chantel! You are AWESOME!!!

I would also like to thank Jerry the courier driver. Jerry has been a monthly fixture in our lives for more than a year. During that time I have come to realize how fortunate we are to have such an excellent courier driver!! Jerry is dependable, caring, professional and interested in his clients. He is an exceptional person and I think FedEx has another gem in their Kimberly office. That gem is Jerry!

I hope that you will pass this along to both Chantel and Jerry. I have 100% confidence in FedEx because of these two wonderful people!
