Fedex is worse than the post office.

Just absolutely useless, they fail to meet most of their delivery deadlines, there is no notification of delays on shipments until after the fact. Arrival dates dont change to delayed until after the deadline is missed.

Been getting told that engineers are working on the website to fix the delay for over 6 months now, shipments not moving from a Fedex hub for 4 days without any notifications. And apparently not having the commercial invoice for customs for my last 2 orders, further delaying the already delayed shipments.

Unfortunately i cant go anywhere else as DHL,UPS and the SA post office are just as useless if not worse.
