Fedex is unreliable and does not care about customers.

First of all this is by far the worst delivery company ever ,i was notified my "package is out for deliver and that latest would be today" and at the same time i recieved an email saying my package would be delivered a month from today ,this is so frustrating Like as soon as my package arrived in my city they called and told me to pay ,R1000 rand for customs and it took me 2 days becaus eR1000 is a bit ridiculous, o was told my package would be returned to sender on the 3rd day and i payed them and i was told it was out for deliver today and not long after i get told that have to wait a month for my package?its ridiculous its frustrating really frustrating, i would never recommend fedex ,it is totally unreliable, i cant even track my package now ..really the worst experience ever and whoever sees this review ,Do not use fedex any other company i would recommend.
