FedEx is the worst courier company!

Worst courier company by far! My parcel from the US has been languishing at customs for a week and no one from FedEx has bothered to contact me. Instead I have to chase THEM yet I'm the one footing the bill for couriering! If it wasn't for online tracking I wouldn't even know where my package was. Christiel Khan and Mckayla Collins should be fired and make way for people who actually WANT to work, know how to do their jobs and know how to handle customer queries appropriately. Instead, these two excel at passing the buck and ignoring legitimate customer queries and its people like this that ruin companies and run them into the ground. I will NEVER again buy from a business that uses FedEx as a courier nor will I ever use them personally or recommend them to anyone. I write this to caution the broader public against them as well. You've been warned!
