FedEx is the epitome of neglect and incompetence

To call the service I received atrocious would be a grave understatement. I took time off work to receive an urgent parcel, the driver never called, only texted requesting an access code, which I promptly provided. Hours later, I was informed he had already left. When I contacted him to stress the urgency, he was rude and dismissive, falsely claiming my calls didn’t connect and that he had made two unsuccessful attempts to find me, claims entirely unfounded. Despite the urgency, customer support was equally ineffectual, and I continue to endure a frustrating runaround. I strongly caution against using FedEx, whose professionalism falls well below par.
