Fedex is terrible

Had a shipment coming in via Fedex. here is the sequence of events:

Get an SMS from Fedex, so badly formatted that my first thought was that it was a **** (even though I was expecting a delivery from Fedex). The agents email address was listed as **********xATfedex.com. Words run into one another and the list of disastrous sms goes on. But lets just leave it there. I duly sent an email to the agent who kindly called me this morning. What a lovely lady and so my already sceptical self on Fedex (from numerous previous interactions) was delighted. Lovely lady Lebohnag Monyeni - thank you for your kind assistance. I duly receive the documentation to pay my duty. VERY confusing paperwork - as the last page says GRAND TOTAL for ALL PAGES, but the page prior has a higher amount. So I call in and a gentleman answers and proceeds to talk over me ALL the time. When I questioned something I heard a HUGE sigh and could almost hear and see the eyeroll and the pregnant pause that went with it. And then he comes back with attitude...... simply not good enough. I told him I was going to cut the call...... Then two minutes later I get a call from another agent. Instead of identifying herself as calling from Fedex - I get the standard 'Hullo - How are you?'. Then I asked who was speaking and the lady tells me she is calling from Fedex because the call got cut of. Poor thing got it in the neck from me. SO what could have been a (FINALLY) good experience with Fedex (thanks to Lebohang) turned me into a raging lunatic. Where possible I will NOT use Fedex. They have once again proven to be correct. Worse even I have now just received a slightly better and more understandable email which gives me the amount payable...... why didn't I get this in the first place.
