FEDEX IS SO ***********
I called Fedex on Tuesday at 9.30am asking for an invoice to make payment for my parcel and i was told that the driver is out for delivery and i should make payment when the driver delivers. As expected i didnt receive anything up until i called on Wednesday asking about my parcel,only to be told that i need to make payment first. i then made the payment and now im told that i should expect my delivery on the 14th or else i should come and get it myself. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL, i NEED MY PARCEL AS IN TODAY.
