FEDEX is SAPO
My package has been in transit for 20 days, 11 of which it has been hanging around at the Cape Town branch. Not a single one of the numbers exists and nobody has called me. My package is needed urgently. That's why it is couriered in the first place, otherwise I would have used SAPO, which is just as reliable as FEDEX. Is there a number that actually works that one can call them on?

24 Apr 2023, 12:14Package has now been in transit for 25 days, 16 of which it's been lying around in SA somewhere with seemingly no end in sight. No tracking update despite paying the duties and being promised delivery within 24 hours (Friday April 21st). NEVER EVER USE FEDEX FOR ANYTHING!!
