Fedex is ripping clients

Has anyone had problems with FedEx overcharging custom duties n vat. My shipment is to the value of 300AED That is like R1350. They charge me duties on R4622. Where do they get that amount from? This is ridiculous. My Aunt gets the exact same shipment 10 days ago n gets billed from fedex R1077. Today I get billed R3036 for the exact same thing. Clearly this is ****************. Could someone please contact me from fedex n sort this mess out asap.

Hi! Its been 24hrs since I laid a complain. I haven't recieved any feedback from Vanessa regarding my complain. I need that shipment urgently to reach me no later than tomorrow at the same time I cant afford to pay R3300 for something thats worth R1350. Please resolve this issue urgently. I cant keep calling the offices whole day waiting for this matter to be resolved as I'm not getting any feedback. I'm really disappointed with the service from such a huge company like FedEx.
