FedEx is horrible
Had a scheduled delivery from Amazon for items which cost me over R130K... I recieved an email saying that the delivery is scheduled for 6pm on the 25th of November. However I recieved nothing at 6pm. Then i received another email claiming that my package was delivered and signed for by someone I don't even know. I called the FedEx standby number. The lady picked up and hung up after hearing my query and she never picked up again after several attempts... you can imagine my frustration and anger after spending over R130K and being told it is delivered to someone else... They will replace my items whether they like it or not...

26 Nov 2019, 10:08I am pleased to announce that my package was traced and the matter was resolved. The package was delivered to the clearance agent for SARS custom purposes. Appreciate the quick response from FedEx to address this issue.
