FedEX is as worse as they come

Its been over months of me opening a account with FedEx with promises of personal assistance when i need to schedule shipments, crazy discounts and all that, literally none of that has happened, no one really cares, complaints end up unresolved and there's no sense of accountability at all. Its so sad how companies will tell us lies just to get business from them and then care less when we experience problems
