FEDEX is absolutely the worst courier

ONE STAR IS ACTUALLY TO MUCH, IT SHOULD BE NO STARS WHAT SO EVER. FEDEX is absolutely the worst courier, I would not recommend them what so ever. My package was collected on the 10 September 2020, and still not delivered, and when one phones the customer care line nobody can assist me as they keep on saying that there is no information with my tracking number, and I need to email a copy of the waybill, which was done, have followed up per email several times with no feedback, when I follow up telephonically I get the same story over and over. There is no effort what so ever to try and find out what's going on, They provided me we Pretoria branch number and the number just rings. This is totally unacceptable.
