FedEx is a Big Fat Joke

Fedex (Federal Express Express) lately takes 2-3 weeks to deliver even documents and small boxes with gifts. Thus I am changing my shipping provider to AIR MAIL. 10 days after my international shipment was picked up FedEx Portugal emailed me that an Invoice is missing, even that they assured me I submitted all the necessary documents to them upon pick up and one of the forms they provided me with as well. They did not explain what kind of Invoice it has to be, but after 2 days of browsing and using the horrible Fedex.com and it's dysfunctional GTM (Global Trade Manager) and the absolutely useless Fedex Ship Manager, I found out that it has to be a Commercial Invoice. Yeah, to ship a book to a friend as a gift for his birthday. OK, so I emailed a filled out C.I. back to Fedex Portugal but have not heard from them in 2 days and the package is stuck at FedEx Customs in NJ, USA screaming that they need a C.I. but provide no means to submit it to them. Their Fedex.com does not work to submit it to them and their Twitter support is unable to receive my Direct Messages. Their chat support has got no powers at all and their everything else is failing. I hope I never need to use FedEx services ever again and will not recommend to anyone. Thus I am changing my shipping provider to AIR MAIL.
