FEDEX, INCORRECT CUSTOMS DECLARATION
Got a customs duty invoice for 10x the value amount of my parel (Whiskey). I have been trying for a week now to explain that the customs declaration form has the incorrect volume, instead of 750ml, i have been billed for 750 Litres. i have been dealing with multiple people (Keitumetse Mokoa, Elista Mabotja and Lunga Khoza ) they can not give me a clear answer or solution to fix the incorrect entry. it is unprofessional for a client to follow up everyday waiting for feedback on a mistake that was made by Fedex. what is the use of using they economy service (5 Business Day) delivery, my parcel is sitting at Fedex facility since (18 January 2022). PLEASE CAN SOMEONE AT FEDEX HELP!!!
