FEDEX I WANT MY MONEY!! Ms Rozelle Mckenzie i hope you will help me now

I am beyond disappointed at the service and treatment I am receiving from FEDEX ,it is almost a month that I have not received my Refund after one of there dishonest agents Rozelle Mckenzie quoted me for there services and then did not collect my package but instead decided to only inform me that they would not be able to after I struggled to make contact with her to ask why my package was not collected.

I requested a refund of which they then brought it to my attention that the payment would take a maximum of 7 days as there is a process that needs to be adhered to, as I type this letter it is exactly 20 days that my money has not been returned.

I numerous times tried to make contact with Ms Mckenzie and she flat out ignored my emails untill I decided to write about my experience on Facebook. One of my co workers complained on Hellopeter,we received a reponse saying that a payment would been made on Friday 8 May 2020.

I have contacted Ms Mckenzie and once again I am being Ignored, I want proof of payment from this company that has inconvenienced me. I have no patience for Fedex anymore or there rude and *********** Staff, I Just want my money!

Never again will I use there services they have not only inconvenienced me, but affected my business!

I want My money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
