FEDEX HORRIBLE SERVICE..!!!!

NEVER .......EVER USE FEDEX YOI WILL BE MISABLE...............Hi I had shipment arrive in south Africa on the 25th June today it's 11th July am still waiting for delivery from fedex I have paid custom after weeks of calls and emails.hlwhen the package came in South Africa I had a call to send all proof of purchase for customs to clear once I sent that every time I called I was to to send documents which I had sent so clearly their system was not being updated or the agent was not doing her job. My status even today it's still not updated if am getting delivery after paying what customs wanted they have not called to tell me why there is a delay....The agent called Tania Stoffel never takes calls and she never bothers with replying emails when you email she only replies days after...All calls I have made to her she never picks up. Am still here waiting for delivery with no idea when it will happen.
