Fedex - Hopeless

Fedex South Africa is a complete mess. Staffed it seems by people who have no clue what they are doing. When they hand over a shipment to my freight forwarder for clearance they bill the freight forwarder and often bill the customer for the clearance which they didn't do as well. Trying to get them to reverse it is impossible. I previously complained on Hellopeter about the same account they are again threatening legal action for and was told by Fedex they would sort it out - They haven't. They must be part of the same team sorting out Eskom.
