Fedex= Headache

A supplier has sent me a product sample from China. Fedex is giving me the run around and requesting for my ID Copy and I had to fill in some forms and send to them. I have done that but another agent from Fedex sent me an email requesting for a copy of Commercial invoice and Proof of payment. I've made it clear to her that I didn't pay for the sample and I do not have any commercial invoice.

I have ordered stuff from ebay several times and I have used DHL or UPS. I never use Fedex but unfortunately the supplier used Fedex but now it is a mission to get my package. Maybe you should have a sign stating "we do not deliver on time, we are pathetic and we will squeeze as much cash as possible from you when we have your overseas package"

Get your facts straight or leave the logistic business, you have failed many of your customers. So anyone out there, Fedex= Headache!
