FEDEX HAS THE POOREST SERVICE OF COURIER AND WORST STAFF EVER
I received my parcel from the USA 2 weeks ago and still FEDEX can’t assist in clearing it. I’ve boughg products of similar nature and it usually takes 2 working days then I have my items . I have been dealing with Voetson Koketso Caswell Modikoe who not only flat out ignores my emails but doesn’t bother to return my escalations . I have time and time again called their call centre with absolutely no help. We pay exhobitant prices to get our stuff here safely only for us to be treated like dirt . Fedex staff have no sense of urgency or willingness to assist and resolve a query . It’s absolutely unacceptable.
