FedEx- great service (Brandon Luke)

I have been dealing with Fedex for a while now, and found the service reasonable - with certain problems now and again. However , since I've spoken to Brandon Luke a few weeks ago my opinion about FedEx Express has changed completely. The level of service that Brandon Luke delivers is exceptional - he goes over and above his duties to ensure resolution of a any query I present him with. He never passes the buck even if the issue is not part of his duties , - he truly delivers excellent client service. I know I can always count on him to follow through and come back to me. My deliveries are always problem free and FAST since he has been assisting me. He is an asset to FedEx Express and without a doubt I can honsestly say that I'll recommend using FedEx as a service provider.
