Fedex going above and beyond in getting my chronic medication to me

When Pharmacy Direct does get their act together my medication sent by them is always delivered overnight from JHB to Cape Town. I'm always impressed with their great service.

This Saturday they went above and beyond in getting my medication to me. My delivery address is my work address, but this Saturday I wasn't at work. I did tell Pharmacy Direct to divert Fedex to my home address rather. Seems the message didn't get through as I got a call from the courier chap asking if I was at the office. I said no and explained the situation to him. He went back to the main depot and organized for another driver to deliver my medication to me. Most other couriers would just abandon the delivery and send it out another day. So a huge thank you to Fedex for going above and beyond to ensure I got my chronic medication thank you!
