Fedex fiddling with my parcel for two weeks
Fedex has had my parcel with them for two weeks now. And in those two weeks, I have spoken to 4 agents each promising me that my package is now on its way to customs yet each time I call back it's still in the same position as before. I deal with couriers daily and hands down, this service from Fedex is the worst I have seen in South Africa.
